1. Neurological tests at training camps.

*Darn good idea, in light of what's happened to men like Andre Waters (suicide) and Ted Johnson (early signs of Alzheimer's). These multiple concussions are taking tolls.

2. NFL playing a Super Bowl outside the US.

*NOT a good idea. Just don't think it would be fair to fans. Think of the cost!

3. Shortening the preseason and adding a 17th game, to be played outside the US.

*I like the idea of shortening the preseason, but not the idea of taking games outside the confines of North America

4. Changing the date of the ProBowl to BEFORE the Super Bowl, to get more fan attention.

*Dumbest thing I've ever heard! Do they really think players are going to play their 'all' in a game and chance getting injured? When guys can get hurt playing beach volleyball, putting them in a full contact game doesn't make sense to me. Wonder if the coaches get a vote on this one?
