Excellent article, thanks for posting!

He's right, whenever an owner doesn't get what he wants he threatens to move to LA. Look at the Vikings/ Saints to LA rumors.

Not only that but I lived in the LA area for part of the 80's.

You don't know how weird it is to an hour before kick off get a wild hair to go see an NFL game and get decent tickets.

Even now in Oakland, Raiders home games are always blacked out.

The way the Packers are liked in Wisconsin is very unique for the NFL.
Appreciate it when you can.

In Arizona, the Bidwell family, long known as one of the worst ownership groups in the history of sports (one championship in 1947, three moves and no more than three consecutive winning seasons in over 75 years of ownership) convinced voters in Mesa, Ariz., to back a referendum to finance the retractable-roof stadium the Cardinals now play in.

I could have sworn the new stadium was in north Phoenix

One of the comments afterwards made reference to Kraft wanting to move the Patriots to CT. Mr. Kraft screwed the state of CT and the city of Hartford, made promises he had no intention of keeping.

I have to read the article one more time
