Looks about right, but why is Greg Jennings behind James Jones AND Carlyle Holiday?

I dont think it's a depth chart Harvey.

I dont think it's a depth chart Harvey.

I saw most of the positions were a depth chart, but he does have Corey Williams ahead of Cullen Jenkins also, so it must not be.

Also, starter Justin Harrell should be at front of list.

Is that some sort of street name for Vicodon? God, I hope you're wrong.

Could the Packers stash Wynn on the Practice squad? Or do you think another team wants a 7th round pick that was only able to practice for one week?

I think we could. We're pretty weak at RB and Wynn looks bad even for us. I can't image too many teams are drooling over him.

I hope we don't cut Manuel. I have not seem much from Bigby, what if he tanks week one? I would want a vet to replace him instead of a rookie or another young inexperienced guy.

What about the Birdman; he's looked better than Hunter in the preseason

If we can get anything out of Cole that would be a great deal

Agreed. But as a 7th round pick when you're dinged, out of shape and show nothing, you should be waived. He showed nothing all camp other than being unreliable. He has baggage from his college career. Maybe he makes the Practice Squad but thinking he's going to impact this team this year is a waste of time, imo.

I didn't think Wynn looked that bad, and I haven't been a fan of his AT ALL. The blocking was horsecrap. Hard to gauge somebody when it's 2nd stringers and soon to be cut players against starters.

Harvey,

I agree. However, he looked winded and slow at times. I hear the practice squad calling his name.

He dropped two balls and missed a blitz pick up. He needed to run like it was the game of his life and was pedistrian. Blocking or no blocking.

Like I said, he's a 7th round pick that's overrated. No other late round pick in this situation would get any slack but Wynn appears to be the exception. Probably b/c the RB situation appears bleak and people want to hope there's an answer on the horizon.

TT's probably going to pick up a RB this weekend after final cuts are made, and that back is going to be way better than this slug.

Looks like nobody is buying the 'we might keep 2 kickers' line.

I am betting that we pick up at least one TE and possibly a RB after the final cutdown.

Why do you say that? He was in with the starters at the beggining of the game.

Not that the blocking was any good- BUT they were the staters.

Yea, how could anyone?I keep thinking it must be meant to drive up the trade value.

But then I remember the Packers once keeping two punters.

He had 2 carries when the starters were in there. On the 3rd series, ARod, Zac Alcorn, Adam Stenavich, and Travis Leffew, among others, were in the game.

I'm sure that's exactly what was intended. If teams think they might not cut one, they'll feel they HAVE to trade for one. But I just don't see them actually doing that.....MAYBE if they keep both after the final cuts Saturday, someone will breakdown Sunday and offer a 7. If they don't, I would guess one get's cut later in the week.

My guess anyway.

HarveyWallbangers

I'm not saying they'll be able to trade one of these guys, but it's not like it hasn't happened before. You see more than handful of trades come cutdown date--even if it's for conditional picks. Unless a team has the #1 waiver priority or knows they have the top priority among teams that need a player at a position, it's often better to trade a pick than lose the player to somebody else.

Sure he looked winded, because thats all Rich Gannon kept saying, I thought Wynn ran hard but had very little running room and his his timing was off from missing so much time.

The Packers are going to have to search the waiver wire for options at running back, back up linebacker, and maybe someone better than Zac Alcorn.

What do you all think in terms of The Clownster? Did he show enough to make the team? If not, do you think another team will snap him up and let him develop while not dressing on Sundays?

Do you all think the Pack really will keep six wide receivers?

What are the chances of him being on the practice squad and not getting picked off by some other team?

I haven't seen the guy play so I wonder what you all think.

Wynn vs. himself - too close to call
Clowney vs. himself - he gets cut
Alcorn vs. Harris vs. FA - FA
Hunter vs. Birdine - too close to call
Bishop vs. Johnson vs. Havner - Bishop probably stays, FA is signed
Dendy vs. Walker - Walker
Peprah vs. Culver - Peprah
Muir vs. himself - he did well, they might find a way to keep him
