OPF, I'm kind of surprised that keeping venomous snakes at one's residence is legal in Portland.

Unbelievable story, isn't it?

This guy ought to visit that village in India where the cobras are considered sacred and allowed to go anywhere. He'd be in Heaven, uh, I mean, Nirvana.
