Just heard on NFL network that the Packers got permission from the NFL. That if Favre breaks Marino`s record today, they can stop the game momentarily to celebrate. Just thought I`d post this incase noone knew this, if you already do, then disregard.

Seems like Favre gets shy when it comes to these things.

Its a nice thing to do for the home crowd, but everytime there is some kind of event that takes the focus off the game over the last few years the Packers have lost.

I hope he does it!!!!!!!!!! because that would mean the packers are scoring on offense, but at the same time I dont want them to take the focus off the game.

Let it happen in the last minute after we've already got the game put away.

That was a very difficult pass to catch. It would have been a good catch.

They could have done it today. Rivers was on fire today. Great win.

I have no issue with seeing Favre get the record in the Metrodome, although it would have been nice to get it at home.

It will still be okay when they do it in the Metrodome.

Stop the game, flash his face on the Jumbotron with a congratulatory message, then lighting off some fireworks in the dome.

The good customers in Minnesota will really appreciate it.
