I agree. There was another thread started titled Bubba In... that covers this at length with some differing opinions. It's still on the first page as I type this.

If it would've cost the Packers the game the official should get docked 1 games pay. I didn't get to see the game...first one missed all year...wasn't replay used?

it is not a reviewable call I would go to the other tread lots of info in there I think it should be changed to make it a reviewable myself

So an official from the League office admits that the ref missed the call on television and the Internet. The ref gets graded personally for making the wrong ruling but that's pretty in your face stuff.

Is this common? I know Samsung pays big bucks and has the NFL officials out there helping to sell TVs for them through this segment but I wouldn't be too thrilled if my bosses nailed me like this on television.

The real question is now that it is too late to fix are the Packers gonna get some whistles in their favor? The refs owe at least a 1 game bail out.
