Brett Favre tops Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Tony Romo and everyone else in the NFL in balloting for the 2008 Pro Bowl.

The NFL announced the update of voting today. Favre has collected 458,837 votes in the fan balloting, with Manning and Brady second and third.

The teams will be announced at 3 p.m. Dec. 18. The Pro Bowl will be played at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii on Feb. 10.

The AFC and NFC All-Star teams are made up of the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches. Each group’s vote counts one-third. NFL players and coaches will cast their votes Dec. 13-14.

Two other Packers are the top NFC vote-getters at their position: Nick Barnett (inside linebacker) and Charles Woodson (cornerback).

I'm so happy Brett can say hes injuried and sit out another probowl!!!

but... I feel bad for Al Harris... Man he really deserves one of these trips...

His INT's are not high, but he does shut down the #1 receiver...

I think he's a pretty sure bet to be voted to his ninth one...He won't make the trip though.

Also good to see Woodson gettin some respect after getting snubbed last year.

Any idea where they got this information? I'm wondering where Kampman is sitting right now.

It would be absolutely amazing if we sent Favre, Barnett, Woodson, and Kampman. If Jennings puts up double digit touchdowns and 1000 + yards he might sneak in as the fourth WR too.

Let's all get voting for Kampy then! Favre and Woodson are definately deserving. Al Harris is as well. Hell, Donald Lee should be one too.

Need to get out the vote. Otherwise, half of the team will be Cowpokes.

Manning had 6 picks Monday night, and his team is on a 2 game skid. How can he be leading Brady?

The Packers, Redskins and Cowboys have tons of fans. NY and Chicago are huge markets. Funny how those are the guys leading the votes. These things are big popularity contests.
