TT has approached MM about a contract extension but MM said the offseaon would be a more appropriate time to discuss an extension. Classey move by MM imo.

I think it's the right move. Plus, the closer MM gets to being a FA coach, the closer he gets to a monster pay day.

"Get me some free agents, or I'm not signing the extension".

Too funny Mad, Lurker!!

Actually, M3 looks even better due to the fact he is successful with the youngest team in the NFL and no "big name" FAs, doesn't he?

Favre, TT and MM are all going to get a shit load of credit

Favre for winning with nobody (according to the idiot experts)
MM for winning with nobody
TT for finding nobodies that can win

Just wait. After we beat Dallas, all of the MM/TT/FAvre stories are going to be littered accross ESPN. Then as we go into the playoffs, we'll be reading more opinions on the same three topics than we can stomach ( and we can read a lot of BS, we do every day).

In a PC last week, MM said that he tells his players, "When you win championships, everything else takes care of itself."

Go for it, Mike!

The title of this thread should be changed, he hasn't been extended.
