LAKEWOOD — For a Chicago Bears fan, it's the worst offense — wearing a Green Bay Packers hat.

But all in good fun and for a good cause, Kathie Bollenbach, a diehard Bears fan, will don the cap one day for every $20 that is donated to Katie Hull, a 17-year-old cancer patient and good friend.

Hull, a senior at Suring High School, was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and is in the midst of chemotherapy. A number of friends, including Bollenbach, have shaved their heads in support of Hull's impending hair loss.

Bollenbach is a part of the health-care staff that helps Hull at the Nicolet Medical Clinic in Lakewood.

The charity event, which aims to make Bollenbach wear a Packers hat for an entire year, will help Hull and her family with medical bills.

To contribute, send a check for $20 to the "Hair Razing FundRazor Event" at P.O. Box 178, Lakewood, WI 54138 or call (715) 276-7088. 1160610/1989
