Vikings defense is looking pretty good here, from what I've seen. I'm flipping back and forth between Vikings/Giants and Browns/Texans.

Actually the Vikings got shredded on the first drive but have settled down a bit.

Chester Taylor just had a nice run........Vikes up 21-7......

i could care less if the Vikes win or lose, but I could use about 2 more TD's out of Chester Taylor.

I started Chester in the PR league, so that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned. 8-)

I benched the Vikings defense though (which I've been starting all year), in favor of Seattle. Doesn't look so good now, although Seattle has a return TD, so it's not a total loss.

Peyton has brought his recent INT hex to Jersey and has infected his brother with it. :!:

Does it matter?

Green Bay and Dallas are way ahead of everyone else IMO.

The Giants defense is pathetic outside of their pass rush on the DL.

Watching Jax/Buf here. Buffalo looks horrible. Drew-Jones looks really strong.

Vikes doing Detroit a huge favour by knocking off the Giants today.

their defense has been very much under the radar this year, and are playing VERY well.

They're doing themselves a big favor too. They have Det next week at home.

im hoping those 4-6 to 6-4 teams keep beating each other up so theres nothing left of each other so the pack have at least an easy first game of the playoffs

I doubt the Packers first game will be easy...they should have a bye in the first round, so they will be facing a team that won a playoff game regardless.

Peyton: Hey little brother, I traveled all the way to Gotham to see you play, so I wanna see you throw for some touchdowns.

Eli: OK, I'll see what I can do.

Good pressure on Manning and they made a few plays on offense including a 9 min drive in the second half.

I just got switched "to a more competitive game." Redskins vs. Tampa.

The best QB on the field for the Vikings is Eli Manning. I recall back in 2005 my family and I happened to away for a weekend driving by the Meadowlands when the Vikes were playing the Giants and I think the Vikes and Sharper had two picks for TD's that day. They've got his number with 3 pick 6's.

I wonder if the Giants are ready to give up on Eli?

if only peyton woulda went to a bad team too.. then there would be 3 losers in that family.. i swear, none have that much talent.. just take a look at the games peyton plays when he doesnt have the talent around him that drives that offense..

Wow, Losman just through a bad pick. Forced it into traffic. 22-14 Jags.

Folks, I know it's obvious to say, but you just have to appreciate the QB play that the Packers get from Favre. I know that a QB can't do it all, but a good QB can really elevate a team.

Well, 1998 was a 3-13 year for the Colts, after Indy gave Lindy Infante the boot. The only other losing season for the Colts with Peyton was 2001, but every other year has been a winner.

26 yards. That was brutal. I really wish I hadn't chickened out on using the Vikings defense today. Good thing it appears I'll win the matchup anyway.

I really f'd that up too. In my money league, I'd be dominating, instead I'm tied.

Rastak, congrats on a big win against the Giants today. The defense really had a game plan for Eli. Don't look now, but if they can beat Detroit, they stay in the playoff hunt.

Thanks Carolina.....they played pretty well but Manning also sucked pretty bad. Vikings did some good things. They had Detroit beat in Detroit so it's doable. I can't believe Jackson is 5-2 as a starter this year. He wasn't bad today but he was't great either.

Oakland beat Kansas City

Minny over NYG

And as of now St. Louis is threating against Seattle.

My local games are Carolina vs. New Orleans (it's a nail biter with the Saints up 31-6), and Jacksonville vs. Buffalo (29-14 now)...football hell here.
