It would be awesome if the Pack were playing at home tomorrow!! About 6-7 inches on the ground so far and still coming down hard !

See, wouldn't the PR game be more fun in the winter :P We could all take turns throwing snowballs at Mad!

Tempting as throwing snowballs at Mad would be, I can't imagine there are too many snowballs to be had inside the stadium while we freeze our asses off on metal bleachers...

As someone who has not lived in cold country for a while, the thought of freezing my butt on the aluminum benches of Lambeau Field does not appeal to me.

The thought, however, of throwing snowballs at a California guy like Madtown DOES sound appealing!

Naw, I would still rather do the PR game in relative warm comfort.

Got my mail route done about 5:00. Love it when the snow is coming down horizontal. Some routes in the hillier parts of Wausau weren't able to finish. Wimps! :P Supposed to change to freezing rain tonight, which is what they're getting in Chicago now.

What ever happened to sleet and rain and horizontal snow and all that crap?

That reminds me when I used to live there. Was on my way home from somewhere? school maybe...i dunno....anyhow, it was snowing and I almost made it up "steepie" on 28th Ave and ended up sliding back down. That was scary as hell.

At least if you'd gotten hurt, you would have been near the hospital.

Speaking of Wausau Hospital, 2 days before the Packer/Cowboy game, they switched all 266 TV sets from Charter to Dish Network.

Does that happen a lot with bad weather?

The Direct TV part that is

OPF, look at the positives, my friend..... your beer won't get warm. People will be packed together like sardines so you can stay warm. Your beer won't get warm. You don't have to worry about stinking incase you forgot your deodorant. Your beer won't get warm. You can throw snowballs at Bear fans incase you lose your voice or something. Your beer won't get warm.

Are you convinced yet?

We only got about 3 inches down in Milwaukee. Somewhat dissapointing as I was hoping for a big day of snow thrower sales.

You ignorant nabiscos continue to think I live in sunny LA or some crap. Wrong, I live about 1.5 hours away from Yosemite and have played in snow several times. It doesnt reach to the valley where I live but it gets a lil cold over here.

I actually was one of the few who wanted a snow game. Would have been a lot better then the humidity fest I went to in October (88 degrees that day in GB).

LOL @ humidity fest! It was really bad that weekend for Oct. I really hate the humidity we get in the summer here.

It's supposed to smack us but good here in Maine tomorrow...I was supposed to make a 150 mile round trip to a car dealer for a repair, but that's not looking like a brilliant move just now.

We are having heavy winds and rain out here in the Pacific Northwest. Winds are supposed to reach up to 100 mph on the Oregon Coast this evening. Our Cascade Mountains are being hard hit by snow which is a delight for skiers and snowboarders.

Here in SE MN we got a good amount of rain. Thankfully it came after the 4 inches of snow and not before. Was interesting chiseling my way into my truck today though.

Wet, heavy snow.

Stupid $*(#*$*%& snowblower kicked the bucket today so my kids and I had to shovel our corner lot as well as the shut in elderly lady next door.

Wrenched my back in the process.

I saw on the news this morning how Cordova has a ton of snow; sounds like it's raining/freezing now though. No snow here, but knee deep in the USSA season on man made stuff w/kids.

Yes, but for some reason, the ride in them is really awful. And I was wearing my new wingtips today because snow wasn't in the forecast. Damn weathermen miss a blizzard like this!
