This last 4 games will be the tell tale to what the Packers can bring to the table in january. A 1st round bye for the Packers is not given - at all!

Gotta go with:

Packers 27 Raiders 17

A lot of low scores for Raiders...I think Packers D is in limbo these days.

Does anyone have the Green Bay weather forecast for sunday?

Predictions this many days ahead are kind of iffy, but there's the word from the National Weather Service for Green Bay Sunday:
Sunday: A chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 32.

I just looked on Weather.com, and apparently it's supposed to snow all week/weekend, which kind of scares me. I'm not sure how THESE Green Bay Packers are going to play in the cold.

No way will the score be that close. Come on 007, why the pessimism?

Favre will do his latest Superman impression and come back from an injury. The Raiders are PUTRID against the run (30th in the NFL), but 4th in passing defense, so it might be somewhat the Ryan Grant show on Sunday, which is good, especially if the conditions are tough. The Raiders are second in the league in number of passing TD's allowed at 8 (to Seattle's 7)...that's pretty good.

Offensively they are 4th in Rushing Offense and 28th passing, so if the Packers defense can stop the run, and run the ball themselves, which the Oakland defense's weakness, we can win this one.

I'm sticking with my Packers 27 Raiders 17 but I have a weird feeling about these next 4 games in december. Losing out on a first round playoff bye would be a blow to the Pack confidence.

Damn...what do I do? The Pack is 10-2 when I predict a loss. Yet, I predicted a loss to the Cowboy's and the Pack went and lost anyway!?

OK...here goes...if they lose I promise I will never predict a win ever again...

Packers 27, Raiders 17

Packers by 10 in a moderately low scoring game (under 30)

If Favre is healthy it will be a blowout.

I think this is an unpleasant situation. History says that Favre will play all 60 minutes, but I have a hunch Favre is hurt pretty bad. It would be better to have Rodgers take over if they get ahead, or Favre falters.

It all will depend on the real health of Favre.

If he plays at 100 Per Cent then I see three TD's passing and one on the ground and two FG's for 34 for our side and Oakland gets 20.

Packers in over Oakland by a score of 34-20.
