Man, our defense is gonna be REAL tired soon here, we need one or less first downs on this drive, and a shitty kick, and switch the field around.

Packers D-line and O-line are exposed today.

...D-line sure miss Jolly.

M3 is still in brainfart mode. This is the game he should have activated Bubba. They need to scrap the 4 and 5 sets because the weather is terrible and the Bears are going to pressure rather than try to cover. Short, possession passes are the only thing that will work today. Let YAC be the deciding factor, putting the ball in the air too long is too unpredictable.

If the Packers want to turn this around, they should put Rodgers in. He's much better running than Favre, and this is the day for that.

It looks to me that Favre is psyched out by the weather. He's spending all his time trying to stay warm.

It honestly might be a blessing. If we had to play in these conditions in Lambeau, we would lose.

Without Jolly we only have one run stopping DT. Our Oline is all finesse. Grant has a couple big runs, but it's not consistant enough to keep our defense off the field.

This is the exact type of game we cannot win. I'd almost rather play in Dallas than play Dallas in these conditions.

This is like an incredible irony. The Packers talk all that shit about wanting homefield, then they get a game with real winter conditions and they fold like fucking lawn chairs. I bet they don't think so bad about Texas stadium now, do they?

I was afraid of something like this happening in the playoffs: with all the youth in Green Bay, have any of these young players ever played football in a midwest winter before today?

At least they have a half to recover and prepare themselves in case these conditions show up in their divisional playoff game.

Pickett doesn't play many third downs except short yardage and the Bears are 4-10 on third down

The Bears are averaging 3.5 a carry!

Absolutely Pathetic

DT's are geting eaten alive

Jon Ryan is junk today

And the 3rd down conversion rate is ? when they run

They ran the ball down our throats to milk out almost the whole first quarter.

Jolly and Pickett were a big part of the success of our Dline in the beginning of the year. When Jolly went down in the Carolina game, it's been a different defense.

Hopefully they find a way to stop the run without Jolly, but I don't think we have enough DT's ready to play right now. It's a weak link, no doubt.

I agree.

This is another learning experience for M3 and the young guys. They need to learn how to deal with situations like this.

I am also starting to wonder if things would be different if Dallas had lost yesterday. Its possible the idea of conceding homefield to the Cowboys is starting to creep into their minds.

If the Packers defense wants to get back into this they need to be more alert on passes, there have been a lot of tipped and deflected balls by the Bears receivers today.

Harrell held his own most of the time at defensive tackle, there is a reason why Cullen Jenkins was moved to defensive end, he is horrible against the run as a defensive tackle. He got dominated on the Bears' touchdown he tried a swim move on the guard and the tackle just washed him down, Jenkins even stopped trying.

The defensive line is garabage right now, but the defensive scheme is absolutely horrendous, I am sitting in my basement and I can tell you the Bears are not going to go down field, screens all day long, how about bringing another man up in the box to stop the FUCKING SCREEN PASS!!!!!!

Bigby has played like shit, his angles to the ball have been terrible. Collins seems to play the run better.

Blackmon missed the open field tackle against Wolfe

John Ryan needs to flog himself after that half of football, he has killed us.

Just checking out this game.

Some surprizes.

Favre 2 of 7 (whoops! He got picked !!) so now 2 of 8 and YIKES for only NINE yards through the air .

Da Bears are taking it to us. We'll see a lot more of Bearman today . . . haha. :) I felt this one coming on. Not much confidence on a Packer win today. I believe I gave them 2 confidence Pt's.

Ahhh they may even shake themselves out of it; but I'm concerned for OUR Defense. We need to see some in your face play there and more toughness overall. The Defense has in my eyes played soft all season.

The TOP QB's like ROMO with his cast of talent on the Boys offense; his release and pocket presence and scrambling ability will kill us.

It's not our offense that we need any real concern for but our Defense that so many here are absolutely too HIGH on as I see things.

It's not how the 'D' performs overall but how it performs Vs TOP teams.

OK there it is. We've dug ourselves into a hole:21 - 7 BEARS!! Let's see how well MM and Favre wil adjust.

8:24 remains in the third quarter. Loads of time and only down 2 TD's. Let's see if this Packer team has any character or is just along for the ride?
