He has to be frustrated about it. I hope he can look more on the likes of Tony Romo and Steve Young who both sat in the back seat for quite sometime before getting the nod. When they came in they were ready. I think Rogers is ready now, but it can only get better after anouther year.

Isnt he a RFA next year?
