Rodney Harrison - what a f'n jerk. That guy is nothing but a mouthy, pushy mother.

I'm tired of this whole team. At least the Colts are good guys with a decent coach. Not a bunch of arrogant pricks with an asshole-acting coach.

A more unlikeable bunch of winners, I've never seen.

Colin Cower on ESPN portrayed the Pats the opposite. Said what is hard is they really don't have a lot of jerks so it's hard to hate them. Bellichek is a cold dude; Harrison is a mean hitter but he's not a bad person to deal with in the media. Moss has been good this year. Most hate them for their success IMO.

Living here in NE, the Patriot players are NOT that likeable. They do not endear themselves to the fans as other players on other teams do.

I don't blame you for your views; I'm sure I'd have the same.

The Patriots to you are the Bears to us in Wisconsin

It's probably impossible to admit any good of them

nice that Burress is catching TD's now that FF is over.

I find Colin to be an idiot but I would agree somewhat in this case.

He is an idiot but he's an entertaining one

Then again, he looks like Albert Einstein in comparison to Stephen A Smith

Colin can be funny. But he is a weather vane of conventional wisdom.

Unless there's a 'runway' involved you sure don't see Brady doing too many charity events.

Logan Mankins was clearly the difference in tonights game. Brady would be Brooks Bollinger without Mankins.

True, but 16-0 is harder than 14-0 period. Can't be disputed. I'm old school so I'd prefer the Phins but facts is facts.

Their regular season was supreme. Much harder schedule than the 72 Fins.

YAY the only thing I can find good about this...

By the end of the season Favre will have...

3 MVPS
2 Superbowl trophies

and 1 last laugh at the cheaters...

That would be the best feeling in the world beating the 18-0 Patriots...

I liked the comment about the other two undefeated teams in the regular season. The Bears went undefeated twice in the 30's but lost the championship game each time. Only the Fins won out.

Better than that linebacker from Georgia you kept going on about, Thurman I believe his name was, whatever happened to that guy?

I look more at 17-0, which is what the Dolphins were after the Super Bowl victory that season. If the Patriots win the Super Bowl this year, then they might be considered better than the '72 Dolphins, although you can only tie a perfect season; just happens they play a couple more games now.

Remember me raving about GB finding ways to draft the Bulldog Bath Brothers ?

Thomas Davis, Odell Thurman (who you refer to), and David Pollack

Davis is a player
Thurman is a terrible terrible person

I have no idea how Pollack ever turned out

Another Cincy injury, thats how it turned out.

I really like Thomas Davis in that draft, although it has taken him a couple of years to develop into a player in the NFL. He was a tweener coming out of college, part safety, part linebacker, I think he has finally become a full time safety.

I didn't see the second half but didn't Giants rookie TE Kevin Boss perform well? He caught 4 passes--one of them for a touchdown.

He took over for Jeremy Shockey after Shockey's broke his leg.

Boss played college ball for Western Oregon, a Division III school out of tiny Monmouth, Oregon.

Not too many Division III players end up starting their rookie year in the pros.

It seems they and the Cowboys do week after week. It's really kind of disgusting.

Agreed. I don't think I have ever rooted against a team for so many games this season as the Patriots. Let's not crown 'em yet though. They've got a tough road ahead.

I can't stand Rodney Harrison. He's good but I get the impression he thinks he's better than he is. Also, he's always pushing and shoving around the pile. Dirty player. He took out Trent Green's knee in '99 in a pre-season game. Cheap shot artist.
