Apple stuffing, pie, corn, cranberry sauce. And cheesecake.
Roger that! I've got pumpkin cheesecake, dutch apple pie, red velvet cupcakes, triple chocolate cupcakes, bibb lettuce salad with blue cheese, caramelized walnuts, craisins, apples and berry infused balsamic vinaigrette,
a Southern style veggie blend with maple bacon, hot sauce, corn, butter, red peppers and fresh green beans, roasted turkey breast with cloves of garlic under the skin, homemade mashers made with heavy whipping cream instead of milk,
stuffing with LOTS of celery and onions, homemade cranberry sauce.- fresh cranberries boiled with sugar and orange juice, pan gravy made with fresh stock and turkey drippings, homemade cornbread with cheddar and jalapenos and SHITLOADS of wine, beer, hard cider and hot buttered rum!
***whew** Calories be DAMNED this Friday (which will be my official Turkey day) I'll just have to work the calories off with my "visiting team member"! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
So last month for thanksgiving we had turkey, ham with honey maple vanilla glaze, butternut squash casserole, homemade peroges w/ mushroom sauce, cabbage rolls, buckwheat cabbage roles, cuchina (hungarian), dumplings in beet leaves, mashed potatoes, shrimp in seasme sauce, pumpkin cheesecake, apple pie and a two year olds birthday cake.
I ate waaaay to much.
Happy thanksgiving everyone.

Basically hollowed out egg whites stuffed with a mildly spicy filling made with dry mustard, vinegar, mayo and ground black pepper. A delicious appetizer.
hope everyone's having a great thanksgiving! Packers started slow but took control. 11-0...GO PACK!
