I think so. My cousin who is 4 years older than me was grandfathered into the 18 limit, so it must have changed before he turned 21 (some time before 1988).Quote:

Actually, doesn't Louisiana still have a lower age limit, or did until very recently?Quote:

Happy Birthday, Scott!
i just creeped another year older over the weekend, myself.
I wasn't alive for the Ice Bowl - I'll say that much :)
WI was also one of the last to change the legal limit of being intoxicated to .08. - same scenario, was threatend to lose millions in highway funding if they didn't.Quote:

Personally, I think the change to .08 is a bunch of crap. MADD is out of control. I also don't think the federal government should be usurping state's right issues by withholding funds to force states to adopt a federally mandated limit.
Didn't Titletown Todd start a thread like this on JSO? Where's Skinbasket.
I actually have not gone to a bar. I have a fake and could, but I don't really drink that much as I am really committed to improving my health and fitness. I eat really really healthy and exercise a lot too. I am down about 10 pounds and still going strong, so I am happy with that!!
We're happy for ya! :D
I was in shape when I was young too. I'm still in okay shape, but since I quite football about two years ago, I've been completely inactive--except for some golf.
