Eddie Lacy won't play if it disadvantages the team
Packers running back Eddie Lacy was available to the media on Thursday, Dec. 11.
I don't always agree with Ayn, but he's broken the code on this one. Any Pack fans attending this game should consider not wearing your team stuff. Bills fans are a strange lot and VERY violent. I'll never attend another event there and would not encourage anyone to do so.
I wish they would scream profanities at opposing fans, it'd give some form of early warning. Bills fans lead the league in sucker punches. I even quit going skiing up in that area, due to the strange inhabitants.
^^^ I've been critical of Hawk the player, but the guy is totally solid. I hope Hawk always returns for Packer alumni events.
He might make a decent coach some day. Hopefully sooner than later.
Nine year serviceable starter plus a good citizen, teammate and ambassador. As many have said, his draft position is why he comes under fire.
If they put Hawk in the Packers HOF, it would give the impression that mediocrity is acceptable.
I know it is easier to get into the Packers HOF than it is to score in a brothel, but I'm against Hawk being in the Packers HOF. Mediocrity is unacceptable in a league of extraordinary gentlemen.
Hawk is the leading tackler in Packer history. He will make the Packer HOF.
I didn't say anything about putting Hawk in the GB HOF, but why not? GB has had extensive stretches of sub-mediocrity. It's part of their heritage. Hawk is better than mediocre. Still, his tackles and other accomplishments would get him GB HOF status mostly as a 'lifetime achievement' award, and not for anything routinely and exceptionally outstanding that he's done. He's compares favorably with Donald Driver in this regard.
Nah. Coaches know what a player can do, and what he can't do. A player not doing something that you never thought he could do anyway causes no indigestion. What causes indigestion is a player not doing something that you know he can do, or a player "forgetting" what he has been taught to do. From all that I have heard, that is never a problem with Hawk.

McCarthy says House feels better, has range of motion. Seeing specialist today for more tests. Does not sound season-ending, but unclear.

MM: Shields has had a good week of practice. When you don't get reps, it's tough. Don't care what position you play. Sam's had a good week
Good job by community keeping the rookie humble.

GO PACK GO !
This Sundays 1 PM EST Game will be Green Bay's first game against the Bills in eight years at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
The Packers have never won at Ralph Wilson Stadium in five tries.
The betting public:
55% are saying the Packers will cover [- 4.5 ] and 61% are betting that the score will be 'under' 50.5 Pts.
GO PACK !
The Packer offense typically goes into a complete funk whenever they play a defense like this...so my hopes are not all that high. I don't think we get more than 24 points in this one. Our defense is going to have to create some turnovers.
I predict a loss here for the Pack. A place they've never won, against the kind of defense that stymies that Packer offense. And Kyle Orton at the helm. Just enough to make this a tough loss, like 27-20.

The great @MikeGarafolo reports that #Packers have IR'd ILB Jamari Lattimore (ankle) and promoted S @Chris1Banjo from practice squad.
The More Banjo thread rejoices.
Last week was a game we should have won 'pretty'... but dunderdummy made it an ugly win.
This week?? I expect an ugly game... a frustrating game to watch. The Bills are anemic on offense, so even our inconsistent defense should be able to hold them down; but their defense is very good. Expect a lot of punts, field position type of game.
Don't care if we win this one ugly - get a "W" and get out of Buffalo.
