You absolutely let the #15 LT walk in a contract year when you believe you have the #10 LT on a rookie deal for a few more years.
Remember, the #15 LT is going to be paid like a #5 LT in the open market.
Wyatt is under contract next year, no rush. Quay, imo, will lose his job to Simmons. Tom is the only "must sign now" guy. Walker is the guy who we could gamble now that he takes another step. Most of his issues are mental at this point (pre snap penalties, Lazy hands on run blocks.) He could take the last step. He has all the physical tools. If he does, you simply don't let him walk. I don't even think they would trade him in that scenario. I like the set up right now WAY more than I did at the end of last year, but thats because I think we added 3 really good OL. We needed help there and we brought in a FA and 2 quality picks. Add Morgan stepping up and we potentially have the deepest room in the league. Now if we can flip Walker for a quality CB I'm all in.
