Mine is the stuff from Vince Guaraldi Trio (Charlie Brown for you ignorant fucks). I love the traditional choral stuff....The Nutcracker of course...
Post it here please....I like to have huge Spotify playlists to shuffle through.

This is not something you's play at a party, or while exchanging gifts on Christmas Eve, but it's pretty powerful.

The best version, in it's proper context:

Now we're talkin.
Don't forget the Vaughn Moore rendition of "Let it Snow"
The whole Dean Martin Christmas album is great (not in spite of being date, but because it IS dated), but there are some particular gems on there.
Best version of "Baby it's Cold outside" You can just see Dean in his smoking jacket with a tumbler filled with liquor over rocks.
This version has some swing:

I love dropping a verse of this on people's answering machine/voicemail:

Every song has it's best version by one artist, and every artist has their best song(s).
Bing owns these two:

and of course, possibly the best of all

I love the classic singers Rand. My favorite version of "Let it snow" is from Dino.
Klezmonauts are awesome!
Oy to the World!

Two others I really like are When It's Christmastime in Texas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS0Vj9yfmmY and I Want A Hippopotamus for Christmas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49LAPkV9xJg
LOL! Take off!
Yeah it makes me think of my Mom's uncles. One fought in Iwo Jima and the other in Germany. Her uncle in the Pacific lived. My great uncle in Germany was wounded in that horrible battle in Belgium that no one knows about (Huertgen) and froze to death in his foxhole in ‘44. This song came out in ‘43. Too many of them only made it home in their dreams.
The Dominican Sisters of Mary are great.
We are in the midst of a slow, fascist takeover. Christmas music is about my favorite thing in the world, have collected thousands of favorite songs. Not appropriate this season. We have a government that has a mountain of credible evidence of corruption against it, and a desperate, unpatriotic Republican party laying the ground for the FBI investigators to be fired.
My 2017 carol is an oldie but goodie:

^ seriously, why'd ya have to do that Harlan?
Yes they are.

Harlan needs an injection of Burl Ives.

In collecting thousands of songs, I've listened to tens of thousands. I am the Wilt Chamberlin of Christmas songs.
Maybe my mood will change.
mery tchie smaas uou fuvker halraln. godadama it i hate ur guts for ruining shtis awesome threads
The season don't start until Mariah belts out "All I want for Christmas is you"
