    Donnie Edwards

Could Edwards play SAM in GB and what would you give for him, keeping in mind he's in the last year of his contract and is 33?

He's a better fit in a 3-4 scheme. I wouldn't give up more than a second day pick for him.

Whatever, front load his contract and line him up with Hawk and Barnett,; this Defense would imediately be better. IMO

who is going to cover the receivers besides Harris?

we have plenty of LB depth, and frankly I'd like to stick w/ the young cheap guys we have. Hawk, Hodge,Brady, and Barnett.

if we get anyone it has to be a WR like Porter or Branch so Favre has 3 good WR to throw too. It would allow Jennings to learn and have to be the man right away playing the 3rd.

I'm going to bed tonight and pray that Ted Thompson gets someting really good for us... done in the next few days.

I agree that Thompson needs to do something quick for our offense, whether it be Branch or Porter or a trade for someone else, kind of like what Philadelphia just did with New Orleans. Why couldn't we have traded for Stalworth?
