    The Office

    Who else watches this show?

I think it's the funniest damn thing on since seinfeld ended. It's on Thursday's on NBC @ 8:30.

For those of you who haven't watched it, the premise is very simple. A documentary crew (who you never see, but the characters respond to in a reality TV sense) follow the goings on of the Dunder Mifflin paper company sales office in Penn. Michael, Steve Carel, plays a total loser office manager. IF you liked the 40 year old virgin you'll love this.

For those of you who do watch:
the new episodes start this week.

    Favorite character:

    Dwight Shrute

I have never seen it but I did think the movie 40 yr old virgin was funny. I'll try to check it out. It's been a longggg time since I've had a show to watch each week...haven't been much of a TV watcher the last few years.

I am totally the same way. This is the only weekly show I have, and the only one I have had in a long time. If you like situational comedy, you'll be hooked.

Did anyone else watch the season finale yesterday. It was a great great show. I hope some of you guys get caught up on re-runs through the summer so you're ready when it starts again. Otherwise you're missing out on one of the funniest shows on TV, I'm telling you.

The Office that we all see on NBC is really funny, but the original English version was far and away a better comedy. The show's creator, and the actor that plays the character of Michael is actually better than Steve Catrell. If any of you have netflix rent the first season of THE OFFICE on the BBC.

I agree, but they have developed into really different show throughout the last season. I like them both. I watch them both. They each have things that they do better. I love Dwight Shrute so much....I just pre-ordered my official Dwight Shrute bobblehead.
