Bears' burning question: Better sans Benson, Grossman?

It's been high time for the Chicago Bears to file both fourth-year running back Cedric Benson and sixth-year quarterback Rex Grossman under big first-round busts -- for good. Simply, if the team is to turn things around for the near future, it needed to go away from what didn't work in the recent past.
The present also offers a good opportunity, as the Bears have two intriguing young options to displace both Benson and Grossman at the game's two most important offensive skill positions.
