Thread: Worst Packer playoff loss ever?

    Worst Packer playoff loss ever?

In the modern (post-1980s) era the Packers have suffered more than their share of dismal, gut-wrenching playoff losses. The long list is partly a testament to their success: they have only missed out on the postseason five times in the last twenty two years. Which of those season-ending losses was the worst for you?

You're trying to kill us, aren't you Hoosier?
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

It is part of my therapy regimen. Sorry if it hurts, but you know what they say about things that don't kill ya.

But you're right, the poll is necessarily going to be tilted toward the rawest of the raw. This kind of reflection calls for a distance that only time can provide.

I'm not sure it counts 2,000 miles away, but OK.

Easy for me. Playoff losses hurt, but losing that SB was the biggest hurt of all.

The Fumble and AZ loss were both stolen away due to incompetent refs. SB loss was due to cut blocks and Denver ignoring salary cap rules. Yesterday was just a pure giveaway. I can't even choose.

Darn it. Woke up this morning and realized it wasn't a bad dream. This was the worst because Pack seemingly had the game won and gave it away.

My thoughts exactly. It is still hard to believe we lost that game yesterday.

It was like having to place one bet on a roulette wheel before you leave the casino. You are up on the casino so you put half of your money on red and half of your money on black and the ball lands on green.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

This has to be one tough loss weighing on the hearts of Packer fan. Losing a Super Bowl was tough, but the Packers were not up 16 to 0 at any point in that Super Bowl. The Packers collapse and their lack of ability to put the Seahawks away is almost pitiful. I am not trying to be a dick, but the Packers were out to kick ass for 3.5 quarters and they took their foot off the gas and they got run over. It certainly is the most embarrassing, regardless if they were the underdog and were not expected to win. I understand if this was a regular season game with Jacksonville up 16-0 and they blow the game, but Green Bay? Come on.

Yesterday was the worst, it was a total team collapse. We were handed the game and we handed it right back

Yesterday's game wins because of the way they lost it.
