    Look, I hate the job Slocum has done more than anyone, especially the way he has discouraged Crosby and the kickers from working with specialists.

    But honestly, with all the injuries the Pack has endured, Slocum has had to be a magician this year, and unfortunately, he ain't that. My guess is that he hasn't had an intact kick or punt return unit for more than three games in a row.

    I'm on board for firing the guy, but it's for reasons much deeper than his ability to get decent coverage on the ATL kick return. I almost give him a pass for that.
