  • How many wins this postseason?

Be honest. How far does you're gut say we can go? Pretend you're putting money on it (that is, putting money on the Packers, not the other team, Bretsky).

I say two. I think we win the NFC. The only way we go farther than that is if the Pats get beat and don't make the Superbowl.

We're going to Dallas and I think we'll win.

After that, it's any given Sunday.

We win 1 if I'm betting

Although this week I'd be taking GB and the points against the Lions; free top of the day
TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I think they can certainly win at least 1 post season game.

Should they reach Dallas, they will need to play a near perfect game to beat the Cowboys. I do think, however, the Packers are capable of reaching that "Near perfect" mark.

The main hurdle the Packers will have to overcome in the playoffs is their team youth. During playoffs, young players tend to make more mistakes than veteran players. The experience factor may come to haunt the Packers.

I've already got money on it, so I voted three.

                I wonder...is that Bearman's "0 wins" prediction???

I voted 0. I think we're too young, and Favre is saving it for next seaon.

Well, I DO think we're too young. I also think we're very predictable and if you can stymy our execution early, we resort to panic and game plan abanding.

Every coach in the NFC saw the Dallas game and the last Bears game. If Detroit halfway plays well, we go nowhere. Coaches will have our number.

BUT, I LOVE THIS SEASON AS IS!!

During the off season, we won't have the 4 straight wins to build off of, so that will have TT looking to upgrade, maybe with more intensity and M3 will be looking at how to remove his own mistakes.

We will be tough to be next season.

You are saving it for next season because you want to go back to Lambeau and see Favre again.........right? :P

I sure hope he does return. I promised my kids I'd get them to Lambeau to see Favre play and it couldn't happy this year.

I'm going to say 1. We should be able to win a home playoff game against either SEA/TB/NYG.

The only teams I really fear (defense/strong running attack) will be in the #6 slot and won't be coming to Lambeau in round 2. Seattle is a team that plays horrible away from home...their only road wins so far this year came against SF, STL and PHI. They have faced only 3 playoff teams the entire season. 11 of their 16 games were against teams who will finish no better than 8-8 this year.

You have to think TB will thrash Eli Manning...and if the chalk holds, I'm glad we have SEA rather than TB coming to our crib in round 2.

I think he was looking to upgrade last year, but few FAs wanted to come to Green Bay because the general consensus was that the team wasn't going to be too competitive outside of fighting for a wild card spot in 2007.

Thompson might actually hear something other than the sound of a dial tone when he calls people this year.

Yeah, Leaper, I agree. And I was not being critical of TT, just observant. He wasn't in an urgency mode and the results this season have proven his case. on the other hand, the results now give him an added sense of urgency, if that makes sense.
