  • Outside the Lines on A.J. Hawk right now

Outside the Lines is having a story on A.J. Hawk starting now. Gonna try to watch that and the Mavs-Spurs at the same time.

Pretty much worthless. Talked about his marketing potential. Showed a bunch of cows. It was good to see Dorsey Levens on there. He had good things to say about Green Bay. Mostly big city garbage on a small town.

The last line was funny for how wrong it was. The ESPN host said something like "of course, being a Midwestern farm boy didn't help Tony Mandarich."

    Ummm... Mandarich was from Canada.

That said, Harris needs to stop being a pussy sometimes and shoot the three when the shot is there. Tonite he had some good looks but did not shoot it. It was as if he was afraid. Harris was a pretty good 3 point shooter in college.

I was watching that too, Harv.

More worthless chatter from ESPN is about how I summed it up. First they talked about AJ's marketing potential in GB and how he will compare to Favre. Then threw in other worthless chatter such as asking Levens if T.O. or Shockey would be a good fit for GB.

Levens was good though, didn't say anything negative at all.

Canada has a mid-west too. 'Cept we call it 'the prairies'

Of course, Mandarich is not from the prairies either. He's from Oakville, home of the idiot punter.
