If this is his last stand let's send him out with a whopping defeat!

Favre talks openly about how much Holmgren meant to his development. Holmgren has also come to terms with the fact that there was (is) more to Favre than his brilliant play-calling and excellent coaching.

What better way for Holmgren to end his career than to lose to the guy, and organization, that will forever embody your biggest success?

          LOL!
That's probably not what he has in mind.

If Holmgren is the Walrus is Thompson the Eggman?

He was OK, losing and leaving Green Bay back in 1999 after they lost that game in San Fran (Jerry Rice fumbled), why not now? It would be a strange coincidence if this is his last stand against his old team.

After this last game, Holmy looked whipped.

If he doesn't hang 'em up after this play-off, I've got the feeling that next year is his last.

If he hangs 'em up this season, is he a HOF coach?

                    I think he might be.

just saw holmgren interviewed on nfl network. he sure sounds like a guy who's gone when it's done this year.
