Brett could never stand being a back-up anywhere. He processes at a very emotional level and he wouldn't feel right about being part of a team he wasn't immediately helping as a starter.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if he continues to come back in Green Bay until a SB victory or the day he just ain't feelin' it and walks off.

I do wonder if he could ever be tempted to play for another team that would beg him to start a year or two after he retired.
[QUOTE=George Cumby] ...every draft (Ted) would pick a solid, dependable, smart, athletically limited linebacker...the guy who isn't doing drugs, going to strip bars, knocking around his girlfriend or making any plays of game changing significance.
