Right now it says 2007 NFC North Champions. He can drop the North around 9:00.

Then it will say 2007 NFC Champions.

You remind me of a Bears fan buddy who had to have White Castle hamburgers before every game because that's what he ate when the Bears won Super Bowl XX.

He was working during the 1988 NFC Championship game. I went over and watched the game with him (he worked alone). Montana hit Rice for the first 49ers TD to put SF up 7-0 when he asked me to go out and get White Castles. Yes, he thought once he has White Castles the Bears would turn it around.

I got back with the White Castles as the 2nd quarter started. He had a couple and guess what happened? Montana hit Rice with another TD pass and the 49ers went up 14-0.

49ers won 28-3. The White Castles didn't help.

So, I guess the Bears won in 1985 because they were good. I guess they also lost in 1988 because the 49ers were better. I'm really taking a shot at this but I don't think the White Castles had anything to do with the game.

However, if you're still superstitious, you need to put on your Packer boxer shorts and stand on your head on your front lawn on Sunday morning. That will break the jinx.
