Well, I understand why you guys might think it funny, but I happen to understand what "Hitler" says. It was not funny.

And It cost some 50 million lives.

You're right, I need to get a sense of humour.

I don't have any idea what anyone was saying there, but I bet that would tend to make a difference in the perceived comedic value...

You gotta laugh at a guy who's distressed over not being able to proudly don his brand new T.O. jersey though... :P

        Thanks for re-posting that Numb.

BTW, that's from the movie Downfall, which is a really good movie.

Creative, yes; but not funny in my opinion.

For many it is difficult to see Hitler or anything associated with him and laugh. Over time that feeling will diminish as the intense personal impacts lessen. However, to many he will remain about as funny as the black plague was in Europe. It is hard to make fun of either one, in my opinion.

I beg to differ......the bubonic plague was eminently funny:

Humor is, as some have suggested, a personal thing, and if you were impacted personally by Hitler, as many were, it is not something they can laugh at, no matter what, no matter when. As I said, that will change some in time, but not for some people.

To suggest that means that someone has "no sense of humor" is both arrogant and insensitive. Not everything is funny to everyone.

You underestimated. Combine the total of all deaths of civilians that were executed, then add up all the civilians that died from war related reasons, then add up all the soldiers that died from all the countries because of a war that Hitler started. I would estimate that number to be closer to 100 million lives if not a bit more. Over 40 million Russians died alone during the conflict that we refer to WWII

You are right, anyone who can't find humor in a skit featuring Hitler is obviously without humor, and would be a wet blanket in any gathering. I am awed by your insight.

OK so where you personally impacted by hitler? You could have been and if so I can understand.

The reason why it is funny to me is because hitler is the loser. The video totally ridicules him. He will always be remembered in history so why not remember him as a crybaby loser? I bet that is how he was in real life anyways.

That and the fact that you can't understand how others might find it funny.

When did I suggest that I can't understand that others can find it funny?

If you actually READ my comments, I have said it was not funny IN MY OPINION. I clearly explained that over time things will change, but for SOME it will never be funny. I can accept that some will find it funny, however you seem to think it is unreasonable if someone does not find it funny.

What I really don't understand is why you have implied that unless someone finds that particular piece funny, they have no sense of humor.
