Does anyone know the Colts cap situation. What if they don't have enough to tag or sign Clark? Now thats a guy we should go after if the opportunity arises. You can count on two hands the number of TE's in the league that have his ability.

I agree with this. Samuel is going to break the bank for the team that goes after him, but Gay would be a starter if it wasn't for Samuel and Harrison on the Patriots.Originally posted by Deputy NutzI wouldn't mind the Packers throwing money at Randal Gay from New England. He is a decent corner back that has filled in as a starter for the Pats a time or two.
The Packers need to get a power runner, an improved secondary, and depth on the OL.

Clark may be a pipedream, but I think we could get one of their starting OGs (Scott or Lilja).Originally posted by PaCkFan_n_MDDoes anyone know the Colts cap situation. Nnamdi Asomugha is a big tough kid who is getting ready to blossom. He was a former #1 of the Raiders. He's 6'2" 210 with no flaws. Can play bump and run, knows a wide variety of schemes, & plays the run with a vengeance. He has played safety in the past, which would add flexibility if we got in a pinch He had an 8 pick season a few years ago when they used to try him. Now, everybody throws to the other side.
If the price was right, he'd be a great addition.

I think he's a prototype, even if he commands a Woodson-esque deal, I'd love to have him.Originally posted by KYPackNnamdi Asomugha is a big tough kid who is getting ready to blossom. The price is going to be high. If there was anyone I would throw huge money at, it's him.Originally posted by KYPackNnamdi Asomugha is a big tough kid who is getting ready to blossom. We got a lot of room. Now. After a bit we will be hard pressed to just re-sign all our young stars.Originally posted by Bossman641The price is going to be high. Asomugha knocks your eyes out when you see him play. Tough, flashy, smart. He had a great game I saw him play in He was very impressive in a game in which his team got blown out. He's a battler and a very much a finished product.
He just plays on a suck team.

What are the chances we could pick up Jared Allen? He could spell KGB AND Kaampman. As Nutz said in his nice read, Kampmann looked tired and beat in the Giants game, and gets too many snaps. ???"...one thing about me during the course of a game, I get emotional and say things my grandmother lets me know about later. But nobody wants to win on that field anymore than I do, no one." Brett Favre
