Yea, he played well. He's got a solid band. I saw them last year (or was it the year before) and he blew away Pearl Jam who led for them.

The halftime shows have consisted of "older" bands as of lately. I believe next year, if they stick with that theme, Bon Jovi would rock.

Umm, not to re-ignite our rivalry but do you consider Bon Jovi a "newer" band?

        Edit: OOPs

I'm an idiot, ignore that stupid remark.....no wise cracks either....

LoL....our rivalry is old...we are allies now. Bon Jovi is definitely an "old" band. Their new crap sucks.

Yea, I thought you were proposing him as an alternative to old rock.

I never liked Bon Jovi in the 80's but he's ok. It would work as a SB haftime act.

And if they want to stick with the "old" theme...maybe they should have Brett Favre sing a song or two. I'm sure he'd draw an audience.

I take it 12 men on the field is a special situation that can be challenged? What other penalties can be challenged to be enforced? Will coaches be able to call holding penalties now if they see it but the refs don't?

I would have never dreamed this game would have such a low score at this point of the game. Makes you wonder if the Pack could have stayed with the Patriots. Although Green Bay's pass rush sucks.
