  • Favre Set For Big Year..

I'm big into patterns because I believe thats how life works and I've found a pretty good one..

    Yr--TD--INT
    92--18--13
    93--19--24
    -TWO BAD YRS-
    94--33--14
    95--38--13
    96--39--13
    97--35--16
    98--31--23
    -FIVE GOOD YRS-
    99--22--23
    00--20--16
    -TWO BAD YRS-
    01--32--15
    02--27--16
    03--32--21
    04--30--17
    -FOUR GOOD YRS-
    05--20--29
    06--18--18
    -TWO BAD YRS-
    07--28--15
    SO FAR... ONE GOOD YR

I think theres at least one more big year in him if not 2.. and then its time to ride into the sunset hopefully as a super bowl winner

I wouldn't call 1992 a bad year. I'd call it a good year. Dude made the Pro Bowl as a first year starter. I wouldn't call 2000 a bad year either. He didn't have a ton of weapons, and Shermy was a first year head coach.

00 was a bad year, no getting around that but his first year as a starter was his first year as a starter and imo, that was decent but not much more..

One stat that in missing is age and I think he is on the wrong side of that issue.

people have said hes been on the wrong side of age for how many years now? and then what does he do this year, with this young team?.. I agree the 92 year wasn't a bad one, but it wasn't a good Favre one either.

When is his "announcement" or either coming back or retiring supposed to happen?

Sometime before the end of July, I think.

85+ QB rating, completing 64+ % of his passes, making a Pro Bowl in his first year as a starter, while going 9-5 with a team that started 0-2 and was 4-12 the year before. I'd say that was a good year.

OPF, I understood shortly after the loss to the Giants, that it wasn't
going to be all that long, 7-10 days sticks in my mind. But I think
soon after the Pro Bowl is over we will be seeing/hearing news.

If good, the media will inform us fast !!!
                    Probably if not good, too......
Is it really a halo or
                    just a swelled head ?

He said in an interview with NFLN in the week leading up to the SB that he was going to take a couple of weeks to ponder it and then gave Mooch a hard time about us playing the Redskins this year... he he he.
