Don't those fans realize the Lions are going to blow away the rest of the NFC-North?! Just ask their quarterback!

No doubt; Packers and Vikings are neck to neck come next season. That's how I see it.

Hopefully the Vikings resign Moss and he becomes a disgruntled player and ruins their season.

I would not discount the Bears. They need steady QB play to compete, but if they get it they have the defense and special teams needed to win the NFC. I would expect Chicago to do whatever it can this offseason to land a reliable veteran.

The NFC North should be a very good division next year...the Bears, Packers and Vikings will all be playoff contenders IMO.

I will give a little nod to Det as well. I think they will improve slightly too. NFC North is a tough division next year.

Urlacher's back surgery (never cut and dry), Berrian most likely gone, Briggs probably gone, Grossman maybe gone. Not exactly looking up for Chicago. I don't think Orton and his porno 'stache alone are powerful enough to lead them to a division title.

Who the hell is going to run the ball for them? The other AP? Benson? Muhammed is about 48 now too. Their O-line fell apart last year. Plus they only have 1 good year every 7.

It will be either the Packers or the Vikings in the NFCN for 2008.

It's too early to say Vikings over Packers if at all. TT has to have a solid off season and I'd feel more comfortable with favre back but I've got a bad feeling there. I hope I'm absolutely wrong as I love Brett Favre and I want him back in 2008 but something didn't look right about him in that last game Vs the NY Giants.

That wasn't Brett Favre the way we've come to know, count on him in personality. He was frozen serious.

The Bears and Lions compete against one another struggle to get out of the basement again next season unless we see significant change in Chicago.

The Lions should as usual skid to last place. That franchise amazes me. Is it really 'the Barry Sanders' curse? I just never get that team. Good on paper only.

Can you stop with the arbitrary bolding of words and phrases.

Somehow the rest of us manage to communicate w/o it.

How many words did I bold rocksalt? Count em please. If that is a real piss of distraction for you? ignore my posts.

The point is WHY are you doing it?

The key word is arbitrary. You bold bears and lions, but not packers or vikings? If you are going to bold, there has to be a reason for it..so it communicates to the reader. Your post leaves us wondering why...so it fails the basic test of communication.

It is bad enough you can't seem to follow basic sentence structure, paragraghs, or spelling, but you seem to bold for no reason.

Do you think we are idiots that can't read your posts without it gramps?
