You are no doubt correct that the deal probably isn't as good as it looks...

But even $10M guaranteed for a guy with major injury concerns like Walker seems ridiculous.

Heard it is a cross, ah, Bluegrass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia.
