There can be debate on who is "America's team".
But Titletown is a coined name for Green Bay.
It really got a big start in '61, when Green Bay hosted their first NFL Championship game against the Giants. The Packers had the most NFL Championships even then. I never really heard who thought of the phrase, but we have dibs on it and the most titles to boot.
