Both he and Harvey have the potential for that. Phillips would be my pick if I were TT unless jenkins was still there somehow. Hell, maybe Phillips goes before 30.

Jenkins is Thugalicious, I wouldn't be too upset if Thompson saw red flags and went another direction. He's a quality talent but is likely not "Packer people", whatever that means.
