Collins not being at OTA's surprises me. It's not like he's a seasoned vetran who can afford to miss a few reps.

Maybe he was looking for Chad Johnson so he could apologize for popping him so hard?

As long as he shows up eventually it aint a big deal IMO. I wonder hwo other teams are do as far as turnout for the OTAs?Comment
