  • Article - Talking with the Donald Driver Foundation

Strong Hands, Strong Minds, Loving Hearts. This is the motto of the Donald Driver Foundation, a charity set up by Donald Driver and his wife, Betina in 2001.

I spoke with Ms. Faye Gray, Donald Driver's mom, a while back. Click here to see what we talked about.

Great article, MJ! I find it very heartening to read about successful athletes who are willing to give back to society.

Driver is a great role model for the young players coming into the Packer organization. Vince would have been proud of Donald's efforts, both on and off the field.

Great job Zig. Now that they're off the streets, they're helping others. When Donald was troubled early on, I wonder if it was sports that kept him out out trouble. Or if it was the positive influence of somebody.

Excellent article--confirms how I'd looked at DD before, I'm glad to say. That was quite the scoop you got, too!
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about. They didn't do it for individual glory. They did it because they loved one another.

Yea. let's deal this Packer, maybe for a fourth rounder. (obvious sarcasm)

He's one that we have to keep for the transition of "the way" passed from Vet to Rookie or sophomore.
