I know a few people selling tickets and they aren't getting the big $$ like they have in the past. But also, you can look on eventusa.com Take a look at Houston and Carolina home games. End zone seats for $90. So technically, that's $30 above face.

Does it really matter what reasoning one has for being a Packer fan? I for one, am honored that we had a legend like Favre playing for us for so many years. Also, I didn't realize that you have been so burdened by the railbirds when you came here for training camp.Originally posted by BallHawkFinally, the time for us die-hard Packer fans to take full advantage of our team has come. No longer will we suffer at the hands of fair-weather Packer fans who root for the team because of Brett. The fences of Training Camp will be no longer be clogged with people trying to get a look at the legend himself.
I hope.

The guys that bugged me were those idiots that would drool over Mike "Neon" HawkinsOriginally posted by JustinHarrellWell said, Ballhawk. Nothing bothered me more than seeing a bunch of idiots sitting around drooling over Brett freaking Favre. My god, I wouldn't show up to an event if the only draw was Favre yet these people waste their time and money for nothing more than idol worship. It's pathetic. He's just a guy, a guy who played good football, nothing more."There's a lot of interest in the draft. It's great. The comment was made in jest, but since you are asking, I do believe it matters for what reason one is a Packer fan. It's no different than the Patriots winning 3 SB's and then them having a bunch of fans. In no way should those bandwagon fans who like the Pats "because their uncle is from Vermont." There are levels of devotion to a team and certain fans will only go to a certain degree. Favre brought a lot of new fans to the Pack and that's great, but it is nice to see a downturn in attendance.Originally posted by GBRulzDoes it really matter what reasoning one has for being a Packer fan? I think winning brought some new fans to the Pack. Let's be honest though. The Packers have had great support throughout the years, but there aren't a lot of people that are going to spend their hard earned cash traveling across the state (and sometimes the country) to watch training camp for a team that goes 4-12 every year. Plus, there's a lot more to see in Green Bay now with the new Hall of Fame, the renovated Lambeau and its fancy shops/Pro Shop, the Don Hutson Center (not to mention more convenience with the bleacher seats around "The Don"), etc. The NFL has also gotten even more popular since the Packers were sucking before Favre.Originally posted by BallHawkFavre brought a lot of new fans to the Pack and that's great, but it is nice to see a downturn in attendance."There's a lot of interest in the draft.
