  • Will You Still Wear Your Favre Jersey?

Now, I'm sure there will be a large amount of people wearing his number when the retiring of the jersey comes around on MNF. After that, however, will you still don the jersey of Brett regularly on Sundays?

      Jersey

Nope. It is retired in my closet to hang along side Green, Butler, White, Freeman, Levens and Walker.

More pissed off about the clowns he brought in on the O line and at saftey in the beginning. I was wrong about him being a total idiot.

Due to the Harrell pick I now consider him Half an idiot!

I won't retire #4, but I actually wear my Driver jersey more anyway.

I'll wear it. Depends on how I feel that day. I still wear my Levens and Ahman jerseys on occasion.

Of course I'll wear it..I've said this before. It's not obsolete, it's a throwback..

Same as wearing a Starr, Nitschke, Hornung, Reggie, etc

Jerseys of legends don't become obsolete..

I don't think it can become a throwback the year after he retires. I think it takes a minimum of 5 years to gain throwback status.

                  Any official rules on this?

Brett Favre will always be part of the the Packers legacy. If you are going to throw away your Brett Favre jersey, you may as well throw away several ounces of gold!

Interesting about the numbers 15 and 66. I have two close Packer buddies. One always wears his #66 jersey while the other proudly wears her #15 jersey.
Yes, all three of us grew up during the Lombardi era.
