He inherited a once in a lifetime quarterback. We'll see how far his ego and A-Rod take him. My guess is 6-10, and if that 7 game swing occurs TT will be fired and take an "one of the best "coaches "in the NFL right now" with him in M3.

Agree. And this season could suck a lot! Hope I'm wrong and all the TT fans are right!

How's the pick from last year doing again? Oh that's right. Still not playing because he's still hurt!

yeah, because you judge how good a GM is based on one draft pick.

      Try again, dipshit.
A-Rod has shown nothing. Harrell has shown nothing. That's two of three.

I'll take that bet, or won't you put your money where your mouth is?

One game equates to showing something? Are you implying that A-Rod will consistently perform as such against the great defenses of the NFL for the next several years?

Did you ever consider the fact that their gameplan was designed to stop Favre and to blitz from the edge without considering mobility. While we criticized M3 for not making adjustments in his blocking, the same could be said for Dallas' continued edge blitzes and lack of containment.

Give me a break. Dallas would have destroyed us had they had a week to gameplan for A-Rod.

Good stuff. In retrospect that was a pointless game. Sure - it made the Pack actually try the last few games when they may have rested - but HFA wasn't affected and then we couldn't overcome this....

It's really fun seeing this pic again. I just about put my fist into the computer as I was digitizing this a few weeks ago. It's hard to belive such a great season ended on such a horrendous throw. Like 2003. Thank God we don't have to go through this again. With Rodgers running the show, it's likely we'll have at least a year or two before we have to endure a playoff game again.

This is all BS, If Favre wants to play, show up! I am starting to hate the pack! Chances of Rodgers being worth a damn are slim to none! Amazing how everyone is so ready to push the old man out the door

Too bad Favre has a revolving door or this could have been just that easy.

I would think most of us are Packer fans, and not purely fans of any single player.

Honestly, some of you are downright PATHETIC!

Before this whole Favre fiasco came up, the general consensus was for this season to range between excellent and super. Now, well, all this sick loser crap being spewed is, well, ........ PATHETIC.

Nothing has changed! The Packers are still a thoroughly excellent and well-rounded team that will do great with Rodgers at QB--IMO, greater than they would have with Favre.

And as for Favre, I'm betting that whoever he ends up with regrets whatever they have to give up to get him. Hopefully, we can get a fairly decent draft pick for him.

He is IMO, the greatest player ever to play the game, bar none. Packer fans owe him a lot. However, I, for one, will NOT be rooting for him on another team--even if it ain't one of those from our own division. Brett has stated that he intends to give about 80% of the effort for preparation that he gave last year. Thus, I expect about 80% of his level of performance--probably a lot less, as he almost certainly will end up on a much less talented team.

I guess I have some crow to eat for being so sure there was nothing to all this itch and comeback crap. Consider it eaten.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?

Here's an interesting quote I saw on the Yahoo messge board...

"All I can say is that I'm glad that John Elway didn't jerk my Broncos around like this. Really, he needs to make a decision one way or another, and stick with it. Otherwise people will remember him for flip-flopping like a fish out of water instead of being one of the best QBs to play the game"

                              I kind of agree.
