Yea, that executive of the year award was all bullshit. We who support him are obviously clueless.Originally posted by PackerarcherHey arcilite you have to watch it,if TT were to make a sudden stop they would need a fuckin big rig wrecker to pull you out of his ass.Originally posted by arciliteOriginally posted by bbbffl66If Favre plays somewhere else, and the Packers go 8-8 or 9-7, I think there is no way TT is employed next year. At least not in Green Bay. TT is putting all his eggs in the Rodgers basket. Too bad it seems a bit fragile!

The Packers official press release said exactly what it should have said. If the Packers were do something that was in the best interest of Brett Favre and not in the best interest of the Green Bay Packers, I would hold the organization at fault for that.
The Green Bay Packers are bigger than Brett Favre, always have been and always will be.</delurk>

QFT.Originally posted by texaspackerbackerHonestly, some of you are downright PATHETIC!
Before this whole Favre fiasco came up, the general consensus was for this season to range between excellent and super. Now, well, all this sick loser crap being spewed is, well, ........ PATHETIC.
Nothing has changed! The Packers are still a thoroughly excellent and well-rounded team that will do great with Rodgers at QB--IMO, greater than they would have with Favre.
And as for Favre, I'm betting that whoever he ends up with regrets whatever they have to give up to get him. Hopefully, we can get a fairly decent draft pick for him.
He is IMO, the greatest player ever to play the game, bar none. Packer fans owe him a lot. However, I, for one, will NOT be rooting for him on another team--even if it ain't one of those from our own division. Brett has stated that he intends to give about 80% of the effort for preparation that he gave last year. Thus, I expect about 80% of his level of performance--probably a lot less, as he almost certainly will end up on a much less talented team.
I guess I have some crow to eat for being so sure there was nothing to all this itch and comeback crap. Consider it eaten.GO PACK!!!!
