Without a conviction no suspension. However it is his first time event in the NFL program and the next "problem" he encounters is 4 game suspension.

Doesn't sound too bad now so 4 games sounds about right. Not a good way to start the season though. It's one step closer to the DL playing like the end of last season when lots of injuries popped up.
