      That's not a Shockey.

Potentially good trade for both teams. Giants did better without him last year and get 2 draft picks. Saints get a heck of a weapon if he can stay healthy, which admittedly is a big if. Giants could regret this trade if they face the Saints in January.

I'm not a big Shockey fan myself.

thats a steal for the giants...

They already have a decent TE, and to get two draft pics for a person that didn't even want to be on the team... damn.... to bad they have to many holes on defense this year to repeat

Man, who's going to play Douchebag TE for the Giants now?

If that's stealing, they might be better off working for a living!

Elite is a bit of a stretch.

Quite a bit. Maybe in 04-05, but that's still a maybe.

He has elite physical talent, but he's injury prone and his decision-making makes Leon Lett look good by comparison. Remember the first GB/NYG game last year? Remember how many good plays the Giants had called back because Shockey was acting like an idiot? He doesn't just do that against us.

GREAT DEAL for the Giants; still really like their GM.

The Giants, and ESPECIALLY Eli Manning, are better off without Jeremy Shockey. He's very strong willed and outspoken. He makes waves. Eli Manning is not a strong strong leader; Shockey IMO damaged his play more than once.

TERD Buckley over Troy Vincent, Robert Ferguson over Chris Chambers, Kevn King instead of TJ Watt, and now, RICH GANNON, over JIMMY JIMMY JIMMY LEONARD. Thank you FLOWER

I agree. Kevin Boss filled in nicely for Shockey.
