Jets Cancel Practice

The Jets mysteriously cancelled their two pracitices today. Pure speculation has their brass and some coaches flying to Mississippi to talk with Favre about playing in NY. Again, pure speculation.

interesting theory, but I don't think the Coach would cancel practice to go visit Favre, the GM can do that. And the first fact they are going to learn is that Favre doesn't want to play for the Jets.

Cancelling two team practices just so the GM and coaches can entice a 38 year old quarterback to play for them?

If I were a Jets fan and that report was true, I would be hopping mad!

There had to have been some other reason(s) for this cancellation.
