The Packers have turned a complete 180.
According to sources, the Packers are planning to allow Brett Favre compete with Aaron Rodgers for the Packers' starting QB job. Since this whole ordeal began, the Packers have stated adamantly that Rodgers is their quarterback.
The rest of the team is in Green Bay for the Family Night scrimmage. NewsChannel 7 has learned the Packers are considering taking Favre straight from the airport to Lambeau and introduce him to the crowd.
Head coach Mike McCarthy plans to meet with the team tomorrow, and the QB's as well to let them know of what their plan is. McCarthy has a press conference scheduled for 8:15 Monday night to let the public know what direction they're going.
