The same odds that DeShawn Wynn becomes a decent RB.

      Packers: 25/1
      Jets: 35/1

      Both?

      875/1
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Are these new numbers or the old ones from before Favre was traded?

From early August article, odds supplied by Bodog. Not sure of Favre status of each. Prob not included for Jets, unknown for Pack.

And the multiplying of the odds would work for two independent events, this may not be completely legit, as both can't win the Super Bowl. Making the Super Bowl odds might be better.

That might be the bookmaker's odds, but that has fuck all to do with statistics. Every team has 16-1 odds of making the superbowl. The combination of all variable SB opponents is the statistical odds that GB and NYJ meet.

            I'm just sayin'.

The odds of both happening are rare...we all can agree on that...but Favre vs. Arod (well Arod has to be damn good to get that far, doubt it, but Favre has to just as good, doubt that too with a new system) is pretty damn cool. But the odds of that are equal to CPK1994's mom giving up random cock (aka sewage treatment dude, electrician, cable guy, milkman aka his dad). Not probable..

                I wouldn't mind a Jet's vd GB SB....but I'd want to see the Jet's pummeled.

This post may come back to haunt me (Last season I predicted the Giants would go nowhere) but Favre couldn't take the Packers to the Super Bowl last year. Why would he be expected to take the Jets to the Super Bowl this year?
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

But we would be then picking #31 & #32 in the draft

The Jets are a real long shot because of the division the are in. Unless Brady gets hurt, Jets don't win that division. That means even if they win an opening playoff game, they then go on the road against New England/Indianapolis/Jacksonville. I do think we have a shot at a 2nd round pick though.

                        Um...no.

If you think the Oakland Raiders have the same chance as the New England Patriots, you are an idiot.

I would agree that the spreads shouldn't be as wide as they are...but it is completely untrue that all teams have the exact same chance. Some teams SUCK and couldn't get there even if they had all the luck in the world.
