  • Josh Sitton

Every year there is a surprise in Camp. This year, Sitton is the guy. Iy's one thing for the writers to write fluff pieces, but Sitton is getting respect from veterans like Pickett.

McCarthy all along wanted to turn the Packers into more of a running team, but hasn't had the Guard play to do it. Sitton's size and power might be what they have been missing. I think he may be for real.

Easy to get lost in the shuffle.

Because he is a very bad man, Timmy. They've taken him away and he'll be gone for a very, very long time. I'm sorry.

You're a bad man. A very, very bad man, Brett.

One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

                      What?!

My mommy told me Brett was going to live on a farm where he'd have more room to play.

Sitton is indeed a good kid. He's big, strong and gets it done. He's also a rookie. He drive blocks well. Pass pro is good for a kis, but he can still have trouble with the vets in league play. He's a bit of a tangle foot on the zone blocking. He's fair to his right, but he's a clumsy bugger going to his left in the Zone Tight Left.

When Wells comes back, he's the starting center. Spitz moves back to RG. The winner of the Colldege/Coston derby starts at LG. Then we have two able starting guards and two back-ups who can play. That's a 100% turnaround from "05, when we didn't have anybody who could do shit,

Moll is on the bubble, almost gone. Coston hangs for one more year, he's able to play multiple positions inconsistently.

I think Barbre wins LG and they groom Colledge for LT when Cluffy finally goes down.

The real Don Hutson may have been fast on his feet, but i bet he couldn't come up with a good line like that.

I was kind of curious about that too, KY, though I agree with your take on how the dust will settle on the OL.
